Great Northern
Lofts
– The Great Northern Lofts is located in the
historic Lowertown District of St. Paul, next to the Farmers Market.
Formerly, the J.J. Hill office building, this prestigious property is
truly a one-of-a-kind. The building was constructed in 1888 and marked
the beginning of St. Paul playing a major role in the history of
Minnesota and the Pacific Northwest.
Incredible features from the original structure remain, such as
spectacular 11-foot barrel vaulted ceilings in select units, floor to
ceiling fireplaces and arched windows with views of the city. Modern
finishes such as porcelain tiled bathrooms with step-up showers, glass
cabinetry coupled with oversized granite islands and massive living
spaces make a loft at Great Northern perfect for entertainment and
daily living.
